How can I make a purchase?
The purchase process is very easy:
1. Use the categories in the main menu of our page, browse our website and find what you are looking for.
2. When you find a product you want to buy, select it and click the "Add to Cart" button, below each product.
3. Check out the products in the shopping cart by clicking on the "MY CART" link, which is located at the top right of the website. You can use the "X" button in the "Quantity" column to remove products from your cart.
4. Click the "COMPLETE" button to complete your purchase. It then shows you a form to fill in your details (Username / Password), if you are already a member, or to fill in some of your details, in order to make a purchase without registration. You can pay either by credit / debit card, or via PayPal, or by deposit at a Bank Branch or through Web Banking, or by cash on delivery, i.e., by paying the Courier employee in cash upon receipt of your order.
Do I have to become a member to be able to buy?
Not necessarily. The process is very fast and simple. After you enter a product in the cart and choose to continue at the checkout, the system will automatically instruct you to fill in some details for purchase without registration. The information you need to enter during your registration is used only to ensure the ability of contacting you, in order to send your order.
Your personal data is collected by our company exclusively in the context of transactions and communication with you, to complete your orders and facilitate deliveries. All your personal data, which are collected through the special electronic form of our company, are absolutely necessary for the execution of the above services and, the completion of your data indicates your full consent. You can access your data at any time. You can also request the immediate deletion of your data at any time. Also, you have the right to exercise, at any time, all your rights under Articles 11-13 of Law 2472/1997. In any case, however, your data is kept by our company only for as long as you are a registered user and keep an order history. Your personal data is not disclosed to any third party and is managed exclusively by the processor of our company.
How can I view my transaction history?
You should log in to your account in order to view your history.
I forgot my password. Now what?
Calm down! Click the 'I forgot my password' link on the 'Login' tab. We will ask you for the email you used to register and then, you will receive a new email which will include a link. By clicking on the link, you will be taken back to our online store to set a new password. Do not forget that your password is necessary to log in and manage your account.
How can I change my account information?
Changing personal information in your account is very easy. After logging in to your account, giving your email and password, click on the "Login" link, which is located at the top right of the page. and there, you can edit all your personal information.
How can I delete my account?
In case you want to delete your account, you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the username and email you used to register. Our team will delete your account immediately.
How do I know that my order was successfully completed?
As soon as you complete your order, our system will automatically send you an email, which will inform you that your order has been registered. This email confirms that you have completed your order correctly and that we have received it.
What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation email after my order?
Confirm that the email you stated during your registration is correct and valid and, if you do not receive any email after completing your order, contact us at email@example.com
I try to add several pieces to my cart, but the system does not let me. Am I doing something wrong?
Our stock is updated daily by our system so, if you receive this message from our online store, it means that the products you put in your cart are currently the last available. You can always contact the store to help you complete your order.
Do I need to use a credit card to make a purchase?
No, you can choose between 4 payment methods: Debit / Credit Card, CoD, PayPal or Bank Deposit.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are the amount you are charged to have your order shipped. For orders to the mainland weighing 2 kg, the charge is 4,00 euro. For every extra kilo, there is an extra charge 1,50 euro per kilogram.
For orders to the islands weighing 2 kg, the charge is 6,00 euro. For every extra kilo, there is an extra charge 2,00 euro per kilogram. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address you have selected in the shopping cart.
What are the cash on delivery costs?
There is no extra charge with the choice of cash on delivery method. Cash on delivery service is an extra courier service to collect money and return it to our company.
Can I know the progress of my order?
You can, at any time, track exactly where your order is located through the "My Orders" link, which is located on the "Login" page. There, you can see what stage your order is at and be constantly informed about its progress.
In addition to the confirmation email that you will receive upon completion of your order, you will receive a second email with the shipping / billing number and the link through which you can track your order.
You can also contact our store or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name and order code.
When will you deliver?
All orders are shipped by our company on the same day you place your order unless you have selected another shipping / delivery date. You can see the "Status" of your order at any time at the "MY ACCOUNT" tab.
Will the order arrive at my place?
By submitting your order, the system will automatically send you a message in your email account, which will inform you that we have received the order, exactly what you have ordered and all the terms of the order. From this point on, you do not need to do anything else.
Your order will be delivered to the address you have stated. To facilitate the receipt, we suggest that you put in the contact details your mobile phone number, if you wish.
Can I see the products up close?
If you are in the area of Alexandroupolis, you can see all our available products in our physical store on 288, Dimokratias Av.
How often are your products renewed?
Our product collection is updated on a daily basis.
I don’t have a credit card. Can I buy?
On our website you can buy our products with the option of payment in 3 different ways:
1. Payment by credit / debit card.
If you have a credit or debit card Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, AMEX or American Express you can use it safely. The credit card payment process is covered by the most modern security standards and is carried out through Eurobank's secure server. Specifically for your purchases via credit card, we inform you that: When confirming a credit card purchase, you are automatically transferred to the secure Eurobank's environment, regardless of your card issuer. In the (secure) order form fill in all the necessary fields (card number, expiration date, CCV). No information of your card that is typed is kept and does not become known in our store.
2. Payment via PayPal.
PayPal payment is made under the strict terms of transactions imposed by PayPal.
3. Bank account deposit / Web Banking
Payment for your order is made by deposit in a bank account, where, in the field of transaction description, please indicate your name and the number of your order. We check through our online connection with the bank that the deposit has been made and we proceed with the shipment of your order. The waiting time for depositing money is 7 working days.
You can deposit money for your orders in one of the following accounts:

After depositing the money, please contact the accounting department to let us know that the deposit was made. To shorten the verification process you should send a copy of the deposit by email to email@example.com.
ATTENTION: Before making a deposit, confirm by phone the availability of the products you ordered!
After the money transfer, in order to shorten the verification process, you can send us the bank transfer receipt (STATEMENT) by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or you can contact the order department to notify that the money transfer is complete.
1) Transfer costs from another Bank are borne by the customer and NOT our store. Charge costs can range from 1 to 6 euros, depending on the Bank.
2) The deposit must be completed within 3 working days, otherwise the order is automatically canceled by our system.
3) Purchases are confirmed on working days (Monday to Saturday).
4. Cash on Delivery Method.
Payment upon receipt of the order. When the employee of the courier company comes to your place to deliver the parcel to you, you pay in cash the value of your order. Cash on delivery may not be valid for some products of large volume and weight or of great value and you will be informed about it by our company.
Are online transactions secure?
To secure your personal data, our store uses 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology and every data you enter is encoded and encrypted.
All transactions carried out in our online store are governed by International and European Law, which regulates issues related to e-commerce as well as the Law on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994), which regulates issues related to distance sales.
How can I return a product or my entire order?
If you want to return a product for any reason, you can do so, within 14 days from the date of receipt, as long as it is in the original condition in which you received it, i.e., the packaging has not been altered and the product has not been used / altered.
In case the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt, or some of the return conditions are not met, our company has the right not to accept back the products and not to proceed with their replacement.
The shipping costs of the return are borne by you, as long as the products are not defective, while your refund is made with the same means of payment that you used when ordering.
In cases of cash on delivery and bank deposit, you must declare to us by phone or electronically via email the account to which you want your refund to be made.
For each return, do not forget to inform the company of your intention (within the aforementioned period of 14 days) as well as to keep the legal payment document (receipt or invoice) to certify your purchase.
Do you refund?
After examining your request for the return of the product you want and for a refund, the After Sales Department will contact you about the procedure to be followed.
If you choose to exercise your legal right of withdrawal and request a refund, your money will be refunded in full within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of the order, excluding shipping costs, if the products were not defective. In case there was a defect in the product of your order, then the amount of the refund will include the amount of shipping costs.
